Spreadsheet Redundant Rows and Columns
A spreadsheet has a redundant row if there exist a row in the spreadsheet table that does not contribute to the semantic meaning of the table.
Similarly, a spreadsheet has a redundant column if there exist a column in the spreadsheet table that does not contribute to the semantic meaning of the table.
